I've only just started a week and a half ago and I haven't experienced any negative side effects. I like that it is controlling my appetite.
I bought these awhile ago (250mg Blue Pulaski) and have been taking them on and off, as well as following the Staments protocol for 2 weeks.
I like the dose, but next time I might go with a less potent strain or go with a potent 100mg pill. I find the dose comfortable, but a few hours after I take it and it kicks in I feel slightly high, it's enjoyable though and doesn't hinder my ability to do anything.
I've done macro doses dozens of times now, never tried microdosing until now.
