I mention this because I wonder if it somehow effects someone ability to experience lower doses of the magic mushrooms.
I followed the general guidelines for these capsules (1-laugh, 2-love, 3-learn).
I took one to start and noticed a slight sensation or sensory experience, felt a little like day dreaming.
I felt like if I needed to switch gears and do something important where my focus and mind were needed, I would easily be able to while on 1 capsule.
I would say it felt a little similar to eating 4-5mg of a THC gummy.
A gentle boost of peacefulness as I sat in my hammock, also had a bath, both lovely experiences.
I had set a timer for 3hrs that read, ‘how high are you right now?’, as a check in for my first time.
I wasn’t that ‘high’.
But I wanted to feel more of an effect so I took another one (about 3 hrs after taking the first), didn’t notice much of a change or increase in ‘highness’ but also, not sure what it’s supposed to feel like, so all in all it was a lovely and tame experience.
Also, took one while at a spa and during a ceremony felt much deeper emotional Connection to what was going on and how I was feeling, I think it was helpful in releasing some unwanted stuff from my past that I didn’t need to carry around anymore.
I think next time I have some time alone I will likely try 2 capsules at the same time to see if I get a more vivid experience.

Would recommend these, nothing scary, I would say they sort of ‘enhanced’ my lovely day experience.
Also became very snuggly with my dog which she really enjoyed!
